Exercise 1 - Individual Report
For this exercise, we need to identify the Affordances, Signifiers, Mapping, Feedback for a mobile app. I chosen Celcom Life because I use it top up data every month.
Exercise 2 - Individual Report
For this exercise, we need to identify the good and bad UX Design. We must interact with the merchant.
I chose Watsons because there's a store nearby.

Specific Feedback: App Background too little, could be a bit more. "What it tries to solve" could use better phrasing, like the app also acts as a salesman or before topping data is the past is a hassle.

Exercise 1
I tried my best to not confuse Affordances & Signifiers and refer to the lecture slides back to back. During presentation, I murmured a bit, cause I have no self-confidence. I know confidence doesn't grow overnight but I got nervous.
Exercise 2
I'm find with analyzing the app, I got a bad experience picking up the items from the merchant. My slides should explain why. Though generally, I don't know how to socialize or even ask for directions.
