INSTRUCTIONS
Collaborative Design Practice
Well, it was quite embarrassing in the first week. I have three modules this semester with the word 'Design" in them. When the lecturer from Design Exploration announced that there's no online class in the first week, I mistook it to be Collaborative Design and missed the first week of class. During the second week, I joined the first group during their discussion - FOLD.
Task 1: Creating an Empathy Map and Defining the Problem Statement
Not wanting to be left behind as my group already met our clients in the first week, I went through our client's brief.

I was assigned to help my group leader, Joan, prepare the slides for next week's presentation. I covered the contextual research, competitors and project plan.
FEEDBACK
Week 2
Specific Feedback: Started quite well, please don't use Project Plan as framework. Good angle to consider competitors, but how to use the research to help you further.
General Feedback: Everyone is supposed to come at 9, not just your designated times.
REFLECTION
Being thrown into this group, many of whom I didn’t know well, was a bit intimidating from the start. I found myself feeling like I wasn’t contributing as much as I should have been as a group member. I assumed we would divide the tasks, but I realized that others were quicker to voice their ideas and take charge of tasks, while I hesitated. I plan to take a more active role soon.
